Tickets will open on Tuesday 6 December in Eventbrite.
Information on how to secure your tickets will be sent by email on 5 December. Please note that some visit numbers will be limited. There will be waitlists for any visits which become full.

Participant & Parent/Guardian Agreement and NYSF Code of Conduct
These visits are part of your 2023 NYSF Year 12 Program experience and as such are covered under your Participant & Parent/Guardian Agreement that you and your parent/guardian signed prior to January 2023. Please review this document to remind yourself of the terms and conditions of your participation, particularly noting the expectations outlined in the NYSF Codes of Conduct.

Read the 2023 NYSF Year 12 Program Student Handbook
The 2023 NYSF Year 12 Program Student Handbook tells you all you need to know about contacting the NYSF and information about activities before the program, during the program and after the program. Please read the handbook prior to attending in January.  

Update your information with the NYSF
Please advise if any of the health, medical or dietary information you previously provided has changed. If we do not receive any updates from you, we will use the information we have on record. 

NYSF COVID-19 Policy
A reminder that information regarding COVID-19 vaccination requirements and a link to our updated COVID-19 Policy is available to students and families.

Please do not send NYSF your vaccination certificate at this stage. If we need it for a specific visit you will be attending, we will be in touch with you.
