Reminder that the annual renewal of your pharmacy premises is due on 30 June 2022

Dear pharmacy proprietors,

We are writing to you as we have not received your annual renewal fee for the registration of your pharmacy premises.

This renewal fee must be paid by the due date (30 June 2022) to ensure your pharmacy is approved to operate for another 12 months (until 30 June 2023) and to avoid the late fee. Please note that merchant fees may apply.

How do I renew?

There are just four simple steps you need to follow to complete your annual renewal:

  1. Follow the link in the notice email that we sent to you on 7 May 2022.
  2. Log in using the billing number and your email address. The billing number is already filled in.
  3. Enter your payment details and click ‘Submit’ to renew.
  4. You will receive an email with a receipt confirming payment and the certificate of registration of pharmacy premises.

Where can I find more information?

For more information about annual renewal, including fees go to the Pharmacy Council website.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us by email (hpca-cms-pharmacy-applications@health.nsw.gov.au) or by phone (1300 197 177).

If you paid your renewal today, please disregard this email.

Regards,

Pharmacy Council of New South Wales
