This photograph, taken by Emma Duncan, on behalf of The Global Concerns Trust, shows a woman with disabilities learning how to produce organic manure. Organic manure production is a sustainable alternative to expensive chemical fertilizers which damage the soil and reduce bio-diversity. KODO is a grass-roots DPO in Salima, Malawi, which The Global Concerns Trust has been working with for 11years, to provide vocational training for adults with disabilities, as part of their program Tools and Training for Livelihood in Malawi.
