Relive the highlights of Graduation 2023
Dear Brookes Westshore Families and Friends,
We are delighted to let you know the results for this year’s IB grads. Collectively, our grads have exceeded the global average for the IB Diploma score. Brookes Westshore students averaged a score of 31 against the global average of 30 points.
This is a particularly impressive achievement considering the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic - this is the first time since 2019 that the full array of assessment criteria has been included by the IB.
We are very excited by our strong showing in Math, Chemistry and Biology – with several students achieving the maximum mark of 7 in these subjects. And two students (Hitomi and Klangnao) scored the exceptional total of 40 (out of a possible 45) – putting them in the top 7% of IB students worldwide. Well done!

Congratulations to the graduate class of 2023 who are the first cohort to complete all assessment components for each subject since the pandemic! Embrace your IB exam results as steppingstones to a future defined by resilience, growth, and limitless possibilities.
Our students’ results are a reflection of all their hard work and perseverance over the two years of the Diploma Programme. We are so proud of them all!
