Extension of workforce transitional provisions
Education Ministers have agreed to extend workforce transitional arrangements for a further 12 months until 31 December 2024. This continues to provide flexibility for services and providers regarding early childhood teacher and educator requirements for remote and very remote
services in South Australia.
The ACECQA Board has also extended the 'equivalent to an early childhood teacher' provision. All other workforce transitional provisions will expire as planned.
