Mia Pantechis is a Principal Lawyer in Maurice Blackburn’s Employment Law team in Sydney.

Between 2021 and 2023, she has been rated by the Doyle's Guide as a leading employment lawyer for employees, and was recognised as a top female legal professional in the LawyersWeekly Women in Law awards in 2020.

Mia is an expert on employment contracts and negotiations, contractual disputes and discrimination law. Mia has conducted a range of complex litigation on these issues. Mia is a passionate advocate for women. She strives to make workplaces safer and fairer for women. Mia regularly acts for victims of sexual harassment, including in high profile matters, and has featured in the media on the topics of gender inequality, sexual harassment and legislative reform.
