It’s been a challenging couple of years for business leaders, and ADIA is proud of the support and services we’ve delivered to our members throughout this disrupted period.

  1. Advocacy - ADIA continues to lobby the government on industry issues that matter most to members - Call Blocking, IPND and Procurement and staffing shortages.
  2. Quality - Professional development for leaders and their teams continues across the ADIA Academy, an exclusive, online training platform covering HR induction, Leadership, Risk Management and Workplace Relations.
  3. Privacy - All members continue to receive protection, training and expert advice working under Australia’s only industry-registered APP Privacy Code, specifically designed for a market and social research.
  4. Workplace/Legal - Andrew Maher, Partner, CIE Legal, continues to deliver a free, unlimited privacy and workplace relations telephone hotline along with a new (proposed) multi-enterprise UWU and ADIA Market and Social Research Industry Agreement 2022-2026.
