Looks like it's about to be a wet and rainy week - so make sure you pack an umbrella when you're out and about, and hopefully you have a chance to snuggle up and keep warm while you study. It's assessment season at the moment, so make sure you take care of yourself as assessments ramp up. Do the things that help you deal with stress - take time out to exercise, play a video game, or spend some time with friends - whatever helps you to recharge your batteries. If you need some help figuring out the best way to do this, the Student Wellbeing website is full of resources. So check it out, take care, and be gentle with yourself this week!
