Importance of Workplace Wellbeing

Workplace wellbeing relates to how workers feel about themselves and their work. At its heart, it aims to ensure workers are safe, healthy, satisfied and engaged. By emphasising preventative action, WorkPlace Wellbeing helps reduce incidences of stress, injury and being overwhelmed.

In this series, we're providing you with the tools to implement an effective Wellbeing Program that:

  • Increases staff engagement & retention
  • Increases productivity & outcomes; and
  • Reduces absenteeism and helps employees return to work quickly after a health incident.

Time to send EOYHF reminders

November is all about SMS & Email reminders, so now is the time to reach out to your database. Reinforce your October communications and remind patients to book appointments and use their unused optical benefits.

EOYHF Campaign Email
Where you have email addresses, contact those who have not yet responded to your October communications. In addition to current patients, expand your reach and contact lapsed patients who are spec/CL wearers that have optical extras and haven’t visited your practice for 4-6 years.

EOYHF Campaign SMS
SMS is a great follow-up option if you don’t have email addresses on file. It is important to not send too many SMSs to your patients in a short amount of time. Consider when you sent your last SMS and factor in that you will send one during the first week of December as your final reminder. Ensure there is enough of a gap so as not to bombard your patients.

EOYHF Campaign Letters
Time is quickly running out, but postal mail remains an effective option. If you would like to send letters, we recommend moving fast and placing an order now.
