Red Run Day 2022

Registrations are now open for Red Run Day 2022. We hope you can join us for this year's event, it's going to be a great day. We couldn't do our important work without the support of amazing individuals like you. Thank you for your community spirit!
 

Honour the brave men and women who served our country by taking part in Red Run Day 2022 on Sunday 6th of November, a community event in honour of Remembrance Day. 

Run~Walk~Jog 8.5km around Enoggera Reservoir, The Gap, Brisbane to honour our diggers. Definitely not your typical fun run course! Enjoy the spectacular bush scenery and plenty of eucalypt-scented fresh air. Free BBQ after the event and rewards for top fundraisers.

Funds raised from this event allow Trek2Health to provide stigma-free mental wellness services to our local First Responders and Emergency Services personal such as firefighters, EMTs, veterans and police officers. 

We believe it is important to support those who have sacrificed their physical and mental well-being for a safer community. Learn more about our innovative approach to mental health via Green Exercise Training (team trekking in remote wilderness).
