Dear Members & Colleagues, 

We are quickly approaching the end of the year and anecdotally I have heard it is a busy downhill race. 

This is a short update to advise you of our upcoming events, if you need some brief respite from the mayhem of the lead up to the end of law term. 

UPCOMING EVENTS

Our AGM is on 21 November 2023 and we invite our members to Nominate themselves for a position on the Executive and attend to vote for your colleagues. 

Please note that there are specific deadlines to be met regarding nominations and proxies: 

Due to the hybrid nature of the AGM, we have specific times in which members are to attend online and in person. 

The AGM will commence at 5.15pm sharp.

Our voting platform will be online, and we will provide guidance about that closer to the AGM. 

OUR END OF YEAR CELEBRATION

Our Patron, The Honourable Virginia Bell AC will be giving a speech at the event, and we invite our members, colleagues and non-members to join us to celebrate the year that has been and take a moment during this busy period to catch up with friends and colleagues.
