When we take on a new client, we always carry out an initial deep clean to get things ship shape for our regular cleans, so we’ve been doing a few of these this month!  In line with bringing on board new customers, we’ve been busy interviewing and inducting new staff to join our team across the Midlands. We’re really proud of the fact that our team are employed, and not temps, so we have a committed workforce who feel a part of our family business. Some of them have worked for us for over 20 years!

Employee of the month 

We would like to nominate Mel – who works for us at RG Luma as Employee Of The Month for October. Mel joined us earlier this year - following her initial settling in period, she now goes over and beyond what is expected of her! She's popular with all the staff and always has a smile on her face and a story to tell!! 

Also, Mel is often willing to help us out at other sites where temporary cover is required. 

We are delighted with all that Mel is doing for us - it's great to have her on our team and she thoroughly deserves this month’s award! We hope she enjoys her complimentary meal at Pizza Express!
