Hello and goodbye! Caring about your cleaningWhen we take on a new client, we always carry out an initial deep clean to get things ship shape for our regular cleans, so we’ve been doing a few of these this month! In line with bringing on board new customers, we’ve been busy interviewing and inducting new staff to join our team across the Midlands. We’re really proud of the fact that our team are employed, and not temps, so we have a committed workforce who feel a part of our family business. Some of them have worked for us for over 20 years!
Employee of the month
We would like to nominate Mel – who works for us at RG Luma as Employee Of The Month for October. Mel joined us earlier this year - following her initial settling in period, she now goes over and beyond what is expected of her! She's popular with all the staff and always has a smile on her face and a story to tell!! Also, Mel is often willing to help us out at other sites where temporary cover is required. We are delighted with all that Mel is doing for us - it's great to have her on our team and she thoroughly deserves this month’s award! We hope she enjoys her complimentary meal at Pizza Express! Cleaning hacks from a social media star! We couldn’t let this month’s news go by without mentioning Mrs Hinch who has amassed Instagram followers in their 1,000’s by sharing her regular home cleaning tips! Amazing 😊 You can read an article all about her and why so many people have followed her and share her tips using #HinchArmy, here! Cleaning is the new black! Sean’s biggest tip he’d share in commercial cleaning is to soak up spillages on carpets or upholstery by dabbing rather than rubbing, which only spreads the spillage more. Our team are then able to thoroughly clean with a hot water extraction cleaning machine. Did you know?

This month we’d like to say a huge thank you to Wayne, one of our mobile supervisors. Wayne retired earlier this month and we wish him every happiness in his move to Cornwall. We’re pleased that Deane has joined us, as a mobile supervisor and we’re sure he’ll be a great asset to the team.
Thanks for reading, see you next month, from all at Cleaning Technique :) |
