This session, presented by Hugh Kearns of IThinkWell, will explain why high performing people often doubt their abilities and find it hard to enjoy their successes. Introduction to systematic searching for non-health subjects webinar Systematic reviews have their origins in the discipline of Health and Medical Sciences, but are increasingly being carried out in other areas. There are also other types of systematic literature reviews which make use of systematic search techniques. Enrol here Preparing for your PhD oral examination Are you curious about the requirements of the PhD oral examination process? If you are required to undertake an oral examination or considering opting in, you may be interested to know that a new MyUni course is available to help you prepare. The course will take you about an hour to complete, and provides an overview of the process, roles and responsibilities, and tips for preparing well. You can also record the course for 1 credit in Domain B for CaRST. Enrol here. Research Impact: Creating Meaning and Value Research impact refers to the contributions your research makes beyond academia. This course covers the fundamentals of research impact – what it is and how it can be embedded into every step of the research journey – to help support universities in embedding a broader culture of research impact. This program is relevant to researchers at all levels, with particular relevance for doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career researchers.
