Educate and prepare newcomers for renting with the new Tenant Toolkit.

Refugee Housing Solutions publishes today its Tenant Toolkit, a comprehensive resource for refugees and other newcomers entering the U.S. rental market. From the application process to move-out, this toolkit provides critical information on alternative documentation for non-citizens, guidelines for the landlord-tenant relationship, tenant responsibilities, and more.

This resource can be used by resettlement agency staff and sponsors alike to help situate newcomers for success in their new communities.
