Call for Proposals: CommUniversity Initiative

The Office of Engagement and Community Affairs has annouced a Call for Proposals for the CommUniversity Initiative. Through the support of the Pitt SEED Project, ECA is looking to support up to five (5) faculty members in their efforts to adapt and deliver their courses into an integrated learning environment with both traditionally enrolled Pitt students and community members.

The aim of the CommUniversity Initiative is to create a framework that will support any faculty member interested in adapting their course into a community engaged learning opportunity, incorporating traditionally enrolled Pitt students and community residents as peer learners in the classroom. Please complete the application for consideration. If you have any questions, please contact Keith Caldwell at kjc45@pitt.edu.
