We hope to put some twinkle in your tinsel with this issue of All Aboard where we introduce you to four very special young people who are helping our students at UKSA to stay motivated and mentally healthy. We have some exciting new courses for the new year, and are including a Christmas cracker of a discount on our new March Cadetship. We are also very proud to share the recent work that we've been doing with our local marine life. We can't wait to see you all again in 2024 and wherever you are in the world, we wish you all very happy holidays and a healthy new year. Meet UKSA's four new Youth Ambassadors Taking on the role of being the voice of authority and motivation for young people training at UKSA, Harrison, Lottie, Henry and Badr join us as UKSA Youth Ambassadors. Kim Fry, Safeguarding and Welfare Manager said: “One of the areas which the youth ambassadors will be responsible for is offering peer to peer support to other young people and starting those conversations about mental health and wellbeing, which is often easier with someone your own age." New and Improved Responding to industry demand, UKSA is excited to launch two new crew courses in 2024 providing graduates with an enhanced range of skills and expertise when first entering the superyacht industry.
