PROPOSED REZONING
South Wilton

Council has received a draft Planning Proposal seeking to rezone 103 hectares of rural land at Alkoomie Place, South Wilton, for residential development. Community members are invited to provide feedback during this preliminary notification period. All submissions received will be considered and included in assessment reports presented to the Local Planning Panel and Council as part of the proposal's evaluation process.
