No images? Click here Hello from the BLBCAIt finally seems that the winter is slowly starting to give signs of a changing season. While there is still plenty of snow in the mountains, and lots of turns to be had, the signs of spring have definitely arrived. It has been an interesting winter, lots of good snow, but everything has been tempered and spirits dampened while we all deal with the ongoing pandemic. We hope have an opportunity to get out and enjoy BC's amazing backcountry this summer. To that end, we have updated our Mountain Escapes booklet. This publication has plenty of information in it; offering you suggestions on how to plan your summer's adventure, while traveling safely and responsibly. Check out the BLBCA photo contest. Great prizes, give it a whirl, send in your best pic, or tell a story highlighting your responsible use of the backcountry. Interested? Check out the BLBCA Photo Contest. Contest closes: April 19th, 2021 Take good care. Sincerely, Brad Harrison Executive Director, Backcountry Lodges of BC Association Community & Connection: We Want to Hear From You!
