WellnessWell-being Check-ins. The Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is offering individual well-being check-ins for staff and faculty to gauge emotional health/coping and identify strategies for enhancing resilience, especially pertaining to transition. Call to schedule your check-in today: 404-727-WELL (9355). Mindfulness and a Weekly Refresh. Every Wednesday at 1:00 pm you can learn the basics of mindfulness. Then at 1:15, you can take part in a guided practice. Later in the day, at 4:30 pm, you can reconnect and join in a virtual meditation and resilience tip of the day. These three 15-minute sessions are offered every Wednesday at 1:00 pm, 1:15 pm, and 4:30 pm. Click on the time to go directly to the Zoom session.
