Hello, awesome business agility leaders! We wanted to dedicate this newsletter to answering the ‘What is Enterprise Business Agility?’ question.

We’ve come back truly energized from the Business Agility Conference last month, and it was great to see and reconnect with many of you. We thought it would be awesome to recap some of our learnings, and share insights and strategies for accelerating your business agility journey.

At the conference, we learned a few key things:

  • Many speakers shared the pattern of ‘getting everyone in the room’. They emphasized the importance of having your finance, HR, audit partners in the room especially when a large outcome impacts them.

  • We really enjoyed the talk about Agile Finance from Laurie Reuben and how we can move beyond budgeting to more adaptive and flexible models.

  • In Jason Gaulden's motivational talk, we were inspired by how Agility can apply to the education world to help prepare our K-12 system for the future of work. Check out the Age of Agility Report.
