No images? Click here 25 August 2022 I am pleased to report that the inaugural meeting of the Expert Panel was held on Tuesday 23 August 2022, with special guest the Hon. Nick Champion, Minister for Planning, attending to welcome the Panel and wish us well over the coming months. It was a productive first meeting, and it is safe to say that the work of the Panel is now well and truly underway. To recap, the scope of the Panel’s review includes the:
Over the course of the review the Panel intends to hold several engagement events which will provide the opportunity for key stakeholders and the community to provide their feedback directly to the members of the Panel on a series of Expert Panel Discussion Papers. Details regarding these events will be made available on the Planning System Implementation Review website and via this newsletter within the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, I am pleased to confirm that the Panel is now open to receiving general submissions on issues pertaining to the review and that submissions will close on Friday 16 December 2022.
