The ADIA Academy is an online, self-paced training portal for members and their employees. It offers expert advice and training on privacy law, data security, workplace relations, quality standards and leadership. Members can access both free presentations and paid courses on the portal.

The updated international standard for market, opinion and social research has now been published. We're proud of ADIA's role in shaping this update, and grateful to our Quality Consultant, Norine Cruse, for representing members' interests throughout the process - along with the ADIA Quality Committee and international counterparts who contributed.

What's Changed

• AI and automation, are built into research and project management
• Stronger data quality requirements for sampling and panel management
• Alignment with ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 to prevent duplicating compliance
• A tightened, risk-based approach to quality and information security.

No need to rush

You have until September 2029 to transition; after that, the 2019 certification expires. Don't throw out your existing system; you're updating it, not starting again.

Alongside the presentations, we provide a gap analysis template, a Technology Management Table for ICT and AI, an example training plan, and refreshed Academy training modules (10 for management, 6 for employees). Internal auditor training is also available if you need more trained auditors on your team.
