A high-performance athlete, coach, co-founder of a Whanganui sports club and winner at the Te Manu Atatū Māori Business Awards. While recovering from serious sports injuries Riana launched The Zone: Whanganui’s first health & wellness hub with group training and recovery spaces for athletes and the wider community.

Papakura Pasifika Mum of 4 chose Wellbeing over burnout

 

In 2022, Tash left her job to reclaim time, grow food, and live simply with her tamariki.

Now she helps others do the same – through gardening, upcycling, chickens, sharing produce and cooking from scratch.

She kohas her time to local schools, supporting Garden to Table and community gardens, planting seeds with anyone keen to learn 🌱
