Dear subscriber

Our last three Wednesday workshops of the year are going to set the scene for how we wrap up 2020 and plan for 2021.

I'm feeling a lot of resistance to planning for a year where there are more unknowns than most of us have ever experienced but our Premium Members seem to be pretty optimistic and many are busier than they've ever been, so planning is vital.

The other thing that is more vital than ever is getting a handle on those finances so this week's workshop "Track and Trace your Money" with the Number Ninja, Emma James is a must!

Remember when every email started with the words “In these unprecedented times …”? Imagine what we're in for at the end of this year / start of next! If you want to communicate effectively without sounding like everyone else, or just crass, Rachel Extance's workshop on "How to Stand Out By Being You" will give you some great ideas to craft original, compelling content.

And then we come to the very last workshop of the year, "What Comes Next?" which will help us to reflect on how far we've come, what we've learned about ourselves and what will help us get through whatever comes next.

If you book all three of these workshops you'll be in a very good place for whatever 2021 throws at us!

Just for fun ...

People are much more than their business and its fascinating to hear what they're passionate about in these short talks with a Q&A

This week, Annabel Harper, an Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator, and a Middle East specialist. For her recently published book “Shujaa’ah: Bold Leadership for Women of the Middle East”, Annabel interviewed aspiring and new women leaders in the region, covering the cultural complexities of faith and gender and what organisations need to do more of, what women could be doing more of for themselves and how the Leadership paradigm in the region has to be different from typical Western traditional approaches.

Coming up, Charlotte Stegall, will tell us "What to do when your kid wants to be a YouTuber"  Book you place for these Friday lunchtime talks here

Every week they blow me away with their support and encouragement. You may not feel like getting involved but there are lots of ways to stay in touch.
