The TP-RCP - Transpacktor Robotic Case Packer can run high-speed case-packing operations that exceed 20 cases per minute. The system features a Linear Servopack for collating products and an AFA gantry robot to load products into loading funnels. After the correct count is achieved, a servo-driven loader will end load the case with the product. The TP-RCP is a compact case packer that can run various sizes, which is ideal for co-packing plants. Allen Bradley PLC and Servos plus a Nordson ProBlue system are standard on this case packer.

The simple yet effective collating and loading system mitigates machine vibrations and allows the case packer to reach high speeds.

The MK-CMA is a robust cartoner designed to run in a wet environment. The complete stainless cartoner features mess stainless guarding to eliminate corrosion. A simple infeed can seamlessly integrate two product lanes with speeds up to 60 ppm. A servo-driven rotary carton feeder provides highly efficient performance. Hygenic servo motors on major processes of the system provide additional protection against corrosion. A Nordson ProBlue adhesive and Allen Bradley control systems come standard on the MK-CMA.
