Hosted by The Edge, lucky listeners had the chance to experience a fun summer arvo filled with music, good mates and bowls! With on-air promos, text bounce-backs, and a comment-to-win giveaway, The Edge built a bowls squad—giving winners (and three mates) the chance to hit the green—plus the chance to pocket $250! Under sunny blue skies, DJ Sean Hill set the vibe and kept the beats pumping while The Edge Crew kept the energy going for over 60 eventgoers, many rolling a bowl for the very first time! And guess what? They loved it! This event was all about showing bowls in a fresh, fun way, proving that the sport is for everyone. We’re stoked to have introduced new faces to the game, and we can’t wait to see them back at a twilight or social league soon!
