Invitation Annual General Meeting June 19, 2024

Dear members and friends of ZELLCHEMING,

We cordially invite you to the ZELLCHEMING General Meeting on June 19, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC), Wiesbaden, Forum 1.2.

Registration starts at 08:00 a.m. in front of the conference room. The event is open to the public and only voting members will receive their voting cards at the entrance. The agenda is attached. Please submit any additional proposals in writing no later than 21.05.2024.

The official part of the meeting will be followed by the presentation of the commemorative medals in the ZELLCHEMING forum in the foyer of the North Hall.

Trade fair and congress on course for success with highly relevant topics

The start into the ZELLCHEMING-Expo year 2024 is more than promising: about 90% of the exhibition space is already booked, the program planning with the focus on the megatrend sustainability is completed, as well as the practical preparations.

With this ambitious Expo program, we are once again living up to our association's mission statement. As a responsible shaper and trendsetter, we want to make a positive contribution to securing the future of an innovative paper and fiber-based industry.

ZELLCHEMING Career Day continues to gain momentum

Last year's premiere of the ZELLCHEMING Careers Day on the last day of the Expo was already one of the highlights, and now the innovative format is expected to gain further momentum. This special focus on the third day of the Expo offers the core target groups - students and trainees - direct and uncomplicated access to companies of the pulp and paper industry.

The ZELLCHEMING Forum offers a modern format with lectures, discussions, and interactive offers on all three days of the fair. The daily updated program can be found at:

European Championship football party with live broadcast

After extensive internal consideration of all options, we have decided to give the Summer Evening a different, special character this year as a European Championship football party with live broadcast at the RMCC.

Next year, however, when ZELLCHEMING celebrates its 120th anniversary, we will relaunch the Summer Evening concept and make our milestone birthday something very special!

This year, the ZELLCHEMING Expo 3-day ticket will include networking events (After Show Networking Event, European Championship Soccer Party with live broadcast, Women4Paper and Career Day). ZELLCHEMING members, retired ZELLCHEMING members and special members (students) receive discounted or free tickets.

ZELLCHEMING members will receive their personal discount code by mail. This code can be used to purchase discounted Expo tickets online until the end of the event.

Of course, admission to the General Assembly is free!

In this spirit, we look forward to a personal exchange and to seeing you in Wiesbaden!
