NEW! Emory Alliance for Vaccine Epidemiology (EAVE) webpage
The EAVE Website is now live! The Emory Alliance for Vaccine Epidemiology (EAVE) was founded in 2021 to advance high impact epidemiological research on vaccination. Clinical development is only the beginning step in the long-life cycle of a vaccine. EAVE is located at Emory University and housed within the Rollins School of Public Health, in Atlanta, the public health capital of the world. EAVE is co-directed by Ben Lopman, PhD, Professor of Epidemiology and Environmental Health, and Natalie Dean, PhD, Assistant Professor of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics and Epidemiology. To get involved, email EAVE or fill out the contact form.

It’s a great resource for anyone preparing a talk or a poster for Research Day -- requested deadline is 30 days in advance of event or submission.
Urgent Pre-Award Notice for Faculty - October Deadlines As of today, the DOM RAS has 27 proposal submissions for the 10/3 and 10/5 NIH Deadlines and 11 proposals due between 10/6-10/30. To help them meet these deadlines, please provide all proposal files in their finalized state (no further edits needed, unless significant errors are found during final review) by Thursday, September 26, and sooner where possible, to allow enough time for quality and compliance reviews, as well as routing.
DOM RAS is requesting the following timelines for pre-award requests to the Pre-Award Inbox: - Proposals, progress reports, other support requests: at least two weeks prior to sponsor deadline. Requests made earlier than two weeks are always appreciated.
- Proposals with subrecipients and/or cost share: at least one month prior to due date.
- Finalized files: at least five business days prior to the sponsor deadline.
