Swagger Mumma - Alannah Curtis

Alannah Curtis (Ngāti Kahu te Patu, Ngā Puhi), Otahuhu Hip Hop Teacher at DDF Dance Studio, has plenty to celebrate. Seventeen of her talented Hip Hop Rangatahi from Northland and Auckland have secured top honours at the prestigious World Supremacy Battlegrounds competition, earning their place in the Global Finals in Dubai this July. Adding to the excitement, Alannah herself will represent Aotearoa on the same stage, alongside her daughters Shaylah Harris (with Duchess), Honey (with Diamond Divas), and SOULFUL. Super hero  - Lloyd Matiu-Whiri

Lloyd Matiu-Whiri is a Digital Artist and like 34,000 other Dads in NZ is a stunt double mum raising four Tamariki. His largest digital pop art piece shows him as a superhero, uplifting superhero mokos, all freed from unhelpful generational patterns.

V1BEZ100, his apparel and logo design business, is paving the way for stability, homeownership, and financial independence for his tamariki. With commendations from clients like AWS and Vector, his success is undeniable.
