Additionally, the state Supreme Court reinstated several state voting laws since the last edition of this newsletter. The laws affect, among other things, how absentee voting will work for the 2022 primary. Absentee ballots being returned in-person must now be handed in by May 20, which is the Friday before the primary. Our story explaining how primaries work has been updated to be reflect this change in state law.
