Thank you for registering your interest in receiving updates about the implementation of New Zealand’s new online casino gambling system. We are pleased to let you know that the Online Casino Gambling Bill has now been released and is available to view on the New Zealand Legislation website.

The Bill sets out the legislative framework for licensing and regulating online casino gambling in New Zealand, with a strong focus on harm minimisation, consumer protection and a competitive licensing process.

We encourage you to review the Bill and consider providing feedback through the upcoming Select Committee consultation process. This will be an important opportunity for stakeholders to share their views on the legislative framework for online casino gambling in New Zealand.
