Throughout all of these activities, students and staff have approached them with enthusiasm, dedication and strength of character whilst demonstrating our core values of respect, responsibility and doing your best. This was very evident with the number of students being recognised for their outstanding achievements and receiving awards last week and also at the Big Night Out where the talents of many of our students, as well as our staff, were on show. Congratulations to all involved in both events, really well done! Exams are over. Reports have been written. Learning is still happening in English. 7 Stingrays are creatively designing an animated film using clay or Lego blocks. Firstly, a storyboard was designed around the shot types, basic image and dialogue or sound that they intended to use. Then the fun part started. Making the clay / Lego figures. Students then took photos (300 frames per 30 second movie) and placed them into a video app to create the movie.
