MyHealth@Work Center Virtual Care Is Expanding

Getting the care you need is more convenient than ever. The MyHealth@Work Center has expanded access to its virtual care services.

As of July 1, 2026, eligible employees and covered spouses/domestic partners can now receive virtual care if they reside in Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, Maryland, and Colorado, in addition to Pennsylvania.

Regardless of whether you are enrolled in a University-sponsored medical plan, the MyHealth@Work Center is available to all University employees at low or no cost. Virtual visits provide a convenient way to access care from wherever you are in one of the now six eligible states.

The MyHealth@Work Center provides a variety of online services:

• Online appointment scheduling
• Minor injuries and illness (colds, rashes, coughs)
• Behavioral health initial visits
• Health coaching

UPMC Plan members with Panther HDHP coverage must pay a $10 fee for MyHealth@Work provider visits until their deductible is met, in accordance with IRS guidelines. This applies to services such as illness treatment, lab result reviews, and chronic care management. Preventive services, including flu shots, blood pressure checks, and UPMC Prescription for Wellness services, are available at no cost. For questions, contact UPMC Member Services at 888-499-6885.
