Welcome to the April issue of our customer newsletter Pure Vantage, keeping you, our customers and enthusiasts, updated on everything that's happening here at Vantage Motorhomes.

What a great time of year to own a motorhome! We’ve had a fantastic March, weather-wise, and April is shaping up well for more sunshine. I’m sure lots of our owners have been out and about enjoying it already.

If you’re dusting things off ready for your first trip of the year, we’ve a few tips below. If you have any questions at all before you set off give us a ring. You’re part of the Vantage family now and that means ongoing customer service. The team in the office are here to help. We have Julie (there’s not much Julie doesn’t know about your Vantage!), Clare, Dave and Ben who are all here to help you. Their knowledge and enthusiasm are boundless!  If it’s out of office hours you’ll always get friendly help and advice from the fantastic Vantage owners’ group on Facebook (details below).

The combination of our motorhomes and campervans, and our famous customer service, is why we can call ourselves ‘award-winning’ and why we consistently top the charts in the annual Owner Satisfaction Awards which are voted for independently by owners.

A Fantastic Day at The Motorist Saturday Socials

A report from Clare

At the end of March, we had the pleasure of being part of The Motorist Saturday Socials event, and what a great day it was! Our campervans and Motion Rs went down a treat, drawing plenty of attention from enthusiasts eager to explore their features. 

Getting set up

The atmosphere was buzzing with car lovers, road-trippers, and adventurers, all coming together to celebrate their passion for motoring. It was inspiring to meet so many like-minded individuals and see an array of incredible conversions on display.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and check out our campervan range. We loved chatting with you, hearing about your travel dreams, and sharing our passion for life on the road. To top it all off, the sun was shining. Stay tuned for more up-coming events. 

Keep an eye out for events on our Facebook Page. This event was just over half an hour from our factory. If you know of similar pop up events you’d like to see us at, let us know.

A record-breaking March for sunshine says the Met Office

As the days grow longer, and the sunshine beckons, now is the perfect time to prepare your motorhome for the season ahead. Ensuring your vehicle is in top condition means a safer, smoother, and more enjoyable journey.

Our Campervans

If it’s a campervan you’re after, we’ve plenty of choice. Check out our FUZE and our LUNA campervans on the FORD base.

And not forgetting our NEW HYBRID

We’ve added this as an option on our campervans at a cost of £4,000. The Luna PHEV & Fuze PHEV are available to order NOW.

For our first Hybrid Electric Vehicles we’ve chosen the Transit Custom on a new 2.5L Duratec PHEV 227PS CVT Auto plug-in hybrid powertrain. It blends urban-friendly all-electric range with long-distance petrol and electric hybrid capability, convenience, and fuel efficiency.

To incorporate the PHEV base vehicle, we have made a couple of changes to the standard Luna and Fuze specifications. The Webasto diesel heater has been replaced with the Truma VarioHeat gas heater, along with an increased gas tank capacity to 50ltr from the 16ltr in the standard Luna and Fuze. This will help with the demands from heating and cooking off-grid. It also comes with a tyre inflator kit instead of a full spare wheel.

Manager’s Choice

Dave says, “This SOL is ready to go NOW, so we can have you on road in no time – absolutely no waiting. Start your motorhome adventures in April with this great van. This 2287CC diesel comes with cruise control, reversing sensors and cab air conditioning. It has a 6-speed manual transmission. It has leather-trimmed upholstery and the lovely wrap around lounge at the rear of the van converts in to two single beds 6′ 3″ long or one super king size bed 6′ 3″ x 6′ 1″.

It has an Avtex TV with soundbar, aerial and booster.  Both cab seats swivel to create a dinette area adjacent to the large sliding door, allowing the bed to remain in situ if required.  The kitchen is equipped with a triple-burner gas hob, combined gas oven and grill and a low-energy 12v compressor fridge/freezer. We’ve just reduced the price too!”

March 21 was World Down Syndrome Day

We had a VIP visitor to help us celebrate.

Finley (Finnybobs), Dave's grandson, is a truly wonderful little boy who brings joy wherever he goes.  A huge thank you to Finley and his mum, Sam, for visiting the factory to see Grandad (grandipants) and putting big smiles on all our faces.

This friendly, knowledgeable and helpful group of owners has an amazing amount of experience on motorhoming and, of course, on Vantage motorhomes and campervans.  They are always happy to help with advice and information. It's a closed group for Vantage owners and owners-to-be, and you can request to join.

March Handovers
