The cartoner can integrate leaflet feeders to load literature on edge into the carton for pack-pattern flexibility. The system can also include an extended bucket conveyor to feature more loading operators to increase overall speed. The loading system features an overhead confiner with an actuated flap opening funnel for consistent loading. At the carton discharge, the carton rotates 90 degrees and includes an open flap detection system. Product Update: HD-LSP - Linear Servopack Autoload Cartoner running 750 products per minuteThe HD-LSP, a high-speed automatic cartoner, can run intermittently at an impressive 150 cartons per minute, ensuring accurate control over multi-pack cartons. The system integrates four (4) CAM vibratory feeders into the cartoner to ensure control over the chocolate eggs before loading into the cartoner's bucket conveyor. The cartoner loads ten (10) cartons per cycle to ensure a smooth rate of 150 cartons per minute and 750 products per minute. The autoload cartoner has a Nordson Hotmelt system, open flap detection, heavy-duty frame, and Allen Bradley controls package.
