Roots and Wings

In 2024, Taubes Moors and Caroline Bell arrived in Aotearoa from Samoa with their young family. To retain their Samoan identity and heritage for their family, they used their generational artistic skills to establish Laumei Leka. They stencil  sought-after unique Pacific-inspired designs on to fabric and children’s clothing.

'E lele le toloa ae ma'au i le auvai'

The toloa bird flies far but will always return to the water.
