So now you can see whether you're on track, a bit on the low side, or even going too fast- information that can help you to pace your activities better. Finally, your CaRST Review page, which is used to generate a progress report at milestone reviews, now includes a list of all of your activities completed to date. This session, presented by Hugh Kearns of IThinkWell, will explain why high performing people often doubt their abilities and find it hard to enjoy their successes.
