Please review the following information carefully regarding housing, accessibility and accommodations, orientation, and the course selection and course approval process.

Course Selection and Enrolment
Course selection information is now available on our website. Exchange students are not able to self-enrol in courses. Please follow the steps on our website to use Western's timetable and 'Draft my Schedule' tool, then select your courses through our online tool called 'One Experience - Course Picker.' Our office will then manage course enrolment on your behalf.
In order to have the best chance of having your course request results before enrolment takes place, please submit your course requests no later than June 28, 2023.
At the beginning of July, you will receive more information on course enrolment. If you have any questions, please contact goabroad@uwo.ca.
Housing Reminders
All exchange students registered to attend Western for the Fall term or Full Year will receive information about applying for on-campus housing in June. Please note that on-campus housing is not guaranteed. Students attending Western for the Winter term will receive information about applying for on-campus housing in October 2023.
Information on how to apply for on-campus residence will be sent to your Western email account from our Housing department shortly.
Assistance Finding Off-Campus Housing
From now until August, Western's housing team provides assistance with your housing search in London, Ontario, even if you aren't in Canada yet. This service is only available to international and exchange students studying at Western. They can provide:
- Customized housing searches
- Personal property viewings on your behalf
- Assistance with your questions about off-campus housing, London services and amenities.

Save the Date: Orientation Aug. 30-Sept. 2
Orientation activities for exchange and international students will take place from August 30 to September 2. We recommend arriving at Western no later than August 30, 2023.
In addition to formal programs, social events and tours, friendly staff and volunteers will be available to assist you with settling in, and provide details about our services, Western, London, and much more! We'll also have a specific session just for exchange students.
Be sure to visit us before or after orientation too!
Western International is located in the centre of campus in the International & Graduate Affairs Building (IGAB). Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (EDT). Our International Learning Coordinators are available to assist you with settling in, or any questions you may have.
