Place Network Conference Countdown: Staying On-Campus

Hi ,

We're excited to see you at the Place Network Spring Conference, April 21-25! This is the first of a series of emails designed to ensure you have all the information you need. Today is all about lodging and logistics.

You are registered to stay in our dorm-style lodges ON CAMPUS at Teton Science Schools. Here's what you need to know:

  • Lodging is three to a room, bottom bunks only. We group educators from the same schools whenever possible. We are full this year, so you may be assigned to a room with educators from another school.
  • Our lodge rooms do not have TVs or phones.
  • The campus has wifi access for computers, and each lodge has a living room for a common place to relax.
  • Rooms do not have hairdryers, irons, or toiletry items, so please plan on bringing your own.
  • There is no in-room coffee maker, refrigerator, or microwave. Coffee will be provided throughout the conference in the dining lodge and meeting space, and microwaves are available in the dining lodge, a short walk away.

Here's what the rooms look like:

If you decide that you would rather reserve and pay for your own lodging off-campus, email me NO LATER THAN Wednesday, February 25, to request a refund of your lodging fee. No lodging refunds will be processed after February 25.

We know you'll have lots of questions as the conference nears, so please reach out at any time!

Warmly,

Sharon
