We're hungry for your success

Our Special Message for Restaurants, Food Trucks, Bars, Brewpubs, and Other Food Service Businesses

The nighttime economy begins at 6 p.m. and wraps up at 6 a.m. Whatever portion of that clock you claim, we want you back and thriving.

Food service businesses in the United States that have experienced pandemic-related revenue loss can register now for a Restaurant Revitalization Fund account with the Small Business Administration.

Then, this coming Monday, May 3, 2021, at 11 a.m. CT, our government's own version of "The Hunger Games" begins. That is when you will be able to make an application for funding.

The RRF will award restaurants with grants equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss. They could allocate up to $10 million per business but no more than $5 million per physical location.

The SBA will fund all eligible applications on a first-come, first-served basis. The application process will remain open until all funds are exhausted.

24HourDallas encourages all these food service businesses to register for an account now and then prepare for the gold rush on Monday:

  • Restaurants
  • Food stands, food trucks, and food carts
  • Caterers
  • Bars, saloons, lounges, and taverns
  • Snack and nonalcoholic beverage bars
  • Bakeries, brewpubs, tasting rooms, taprooms, breweries, microbreweries, wineries, and distilleries at which on-site sales to the public comprise at least 33% of the gross receipts
  • Inns at which on-site sales of food and beverages to the public comprise at least 33% of gross receipts
  • Licensed facilities or premises of a beverage alcohol producer where the public may taste, sample, or purchase products

Here is additional, helpful information about the program.

And may the odds be ever in your favor.
