We welcomed the first days of February with the season’s first snowfall at the North Cascades Environmental Learning Center—finally! The snow adds a layer of enchantment to our campus as staff return from a brief winter break to clean up, get organized, and prepare for the busy year ahead. From the operations team to the kitchen crew to Mountain School staff, energy and inspiration are returning to Diablo Lake! We also have openings for those eager to live, work, and play in the mountains with us this year—visit our jobs website to learn about housing, benefits, community, and our continuing commitment to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workforce and among our program participants.
