Pasifika Tech Boss: TJ EDITION 🔥

TJ Vole started Nesian Data & Tech during COVID with nothing but passion and an idea. The Generator backed him — now he’s running a thriving business, employing Pasifika talent, and building Tech Hubs for Pasifika elders and youth.

Pacific excellence in action. “And it all started with one idea… and The Generator backing me.” Click HERE to view story.

Pasifika entrepreneurs in The Generator are thriving!

Over 60% are now working in their businesses, and many now enjoy better access to healthy food, medical care, warm homes, digital tools, and greater confidence — including in English and social media. Empowering Pasifika families, one step at a time. 💪🏽🌊

Home ownership is one of the strongest factors influencing long‑term health and wealth for Māori and Pacific families in Aotearoa.
