For everyone studying in semester 1 - SWOT week is upon us Hopefully this means you're getting stuck into some exam revision...or maybe just enjoying a little bit of time away from lectures and classes. Either way, it's a good chance to take some time to do what you need, and remember that it's okay to take a break! Your brain needs to relax, so not every moment needs to be spent studying (or feeling bad about not studying). Be gentle with yourself, don't forget about the Student Wellbeing exam resources, and good luck
with exams.
