Product Feature: CP-TLG - Top Load Case Packer and Erector for cartons
The CP-TLG Top Load Case Packer is a compact system that seamlessly fits into production lines. The system accepts cartons at a predetermined rate and then collates the pack pattern. The case packer will pick the required count and top load the case. The process will continue until the correct pack pattern is complete. Carton automatic turners help orient cartons in the proper orientation. Furthermore, a Flatstack Case MagazineTM with an AFA gantry robot helps erect cases at high efficiency and control. The system comes standard with Allen Bradley controls and a Nordson ProBlue adhesive system.
Product Feature: TR-QCP - Transrector End Load Case Packer for cartons
The TR-QCP - Case Packer utilizes a gantry robot that completes the collating and loading of the cartons on the same robot. The gantry robot will pick a predetermined layer of cartons and then place them into the system's loading funnel. This process will continue to create the correct pack pattern. The gantry robot features a pusher plate on the robot's horizontal end, allowing the system to push the collated product into the case. The case packer also features AFA's innovative Flatstack Case MagazineTM and gantry robot case erecting system. The system comes standard with a heavy-duty frame for 24/7 operation.
