The Prehealth Advising Office and the Office of Diversity & Inclusion in the Eberly College of Science are hosting a 3-part discussion on one of the most asked questions during your graduate school admissions process "So, tell me about yourself". We will dive into this and several diversity essay questions that have become more common in the last couple application cycles. This is a full time, compensated, one year internship which begins on June 1, 2022, and ends on May 31, 2023. The students will work side-by side on a daily basis with our practice physicians and physician assistants where they will be involved in numerous clinical
tasks, including taking patient histories and vital signs; documenting in the medical record; explaining and assisting with treatments and surgical procedures; collecting and preparing biopsy and lab specimens; educating patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, prescription medications and procedures; and more! The Pre-Health Networking fair will feature 30+ graduate programs from schools across the country. Attendees will be able to speak individually or in group settings with professionals from graduate programs like Medical, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Dental, Physician Assistant, Public Health, and more!
