More information. Join our five-week tai chi program in Parkville for older people to improve balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing through slow, gentle movements in an outdoor environment. For the launch of the program on 18 March, we invite older people and carers to join us at 3pm for afternoon tea prior to the class starting. This series of free, in-person information sessions is run by Services Australia and the Department of Health, Ageing and Disability. They provide clear, practical information on how to access services such as Centrelink, MyGov and My Aged Care, along with time to ask questions. The Dementia Care and Support Program aims to make a positive difference to people living with dementia and carers.
