Spring will have sprung tomorrow, and with it comes the last few weeks of assessment before the mid-semester break comes around.

If you're keen on looking after your wellbeing over the course of the year, the Wellbeing Hub sends an email that highlights a different aspect of wellbeing every week.
It can be kind of helpful to have the email pop into your inbox every week - even if you just skim it, it can be a reminder to just take a second to check in with yourself. Well worth checking out on their website, and seeing if it interests you!
