Australia's peak industry body for research, data and insights organisations

  • SALARY SURVEY REPORT 2022
  • RU OK? DAY IS SEPTEMBER 8

FREE AND EXCLUSIVE INDUSTRY DATA NOW AVAILABLE

As the research, data and insights industry body dedicated to employers and business, ADIA is committed to providing members specific, exclusive benchmarking information. Of course, this level of service is made possible only with your support, so thank you to those members who participated in this year's Salary Survey.

Now in its eighth year, we are delighted that the Salary Survey Report continues to be recognised as a valuable resource by industry leaders with member companies across all ADIA membership levels participating in the survey. In addition to the 15 employee classifications, this year saw the introduction of workplace gender diversity questions showing the number of male/female/non-binary employees across each role.

ACCESS TO THE REPORT - FOR PARTICIPATING MEMBERS

To ensure confidentiality and data security, you will receive an email (today) from donotreply@adiasalary.com containing your personalised login.

Participating members will receive one login per company (addressed to the CEO/Managing Director). Should you require more than one person to access the report, you will need to share the login details provided by Forsta (formerly Confirmit). We request that you treat the information with the utmost discretion and give access only to appropriate staff members.

We are pleased to deliver this ongoing exclusive report to members and owe special thanks to the team at Forsta for the data collection and dashboard. Only with their continuing generosity and industry support can we provide this report free of charge to members.

Finally, thank you again to those members who completed the survey, making it one of ADIA's most highly valued member services. Should you need anything further, please do not hesitate to contact ADIA CEO Sarah Campbell on 0460 012 092.

ADIA invites our leaders and their teams to stop and acknowledge RU OK? Day on Thursday 8 September 2022, with a free presentation Ask R U OK? - No qualifications needed, brought to you by the charity organisation, RU OK?
