Dr Shalini Mohan - Endocrinologist

Dr Mohan currently provides specialist endocrine services to the Great Southern community via fortnightly telehealth sessions here at GSSC.

Dr Mohan is originally from Malaysia and obtained her MBChB from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, working there for a year before relocating to Perth. Dr Mohan did her basic physician training in Perth and passed her FRACP exams in 2012.

Dr Mohan went on to undertake advanced training in Endocrinology at Royal Perth Hospital, Fremantle Hospital and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and was awarded the Fellowship of Royal College of Physicians in 2017.

Dr Mohan is currently consulting privately (part-time) at SJOG Murdoch Hospital. She loves travelling and has travelled extensively throughout Europe. Dr Mohan is married and has two sons who keep her on her toes.
