This strategy outlines the future direction of the University of Adelaide HDR and is based on the recognition that our graduate researchers are not only an essential part of our research community right now but will shape the future of research and innovation across all parts of the economy and society. The development of this strategy would not have happened without you and the extensive and important input you provided through strategy workshops and survey last year, which kicked off the consultations that drove the strategy development. Based on extensive discussions with a range of stakeholders, including many of you, the following three pillars will guide the future direction of the University of Adelaide HDR:
We are now in the process of developing the operational plan, with the implementation of course considering continued feedback we receive, from the results of the recent HDR Experience Survey, to other input over time. As I mentioned in my email last week, I look forward to coming out to the various areas and schools soon. I am excited to continue to engage with yourselves and to work with the many different teams and individuals across the University who help shape the HDR experience to bring the new strategy to life.
